It’s totally normal to feel anxious, and it’s something many of my young adult clients struggle with when they begin working with me. While it’s normal to feel anxious, your anxiety shouldn’t control or run your life. If it is, then it’s time to get radically real!
In this course I’m going to teach you simple and straightforward tools to effectively work through those anxious and negative thoughts so you feel a whole lot better.
By making these mindset shifts, magical things will start to happen, you’ll start to feel more confident, more in control and suddenly all those negative thoughts that live rent free – eviction-time baby! All it takes is 10 minutes a week and you’ll be creating these shifts in no time.
Just like the other self-guided courses, you can take this at your own pace. There are two (2) modules and each module has three (3) short videos. You can watch the videos all in one sitting or you can watch one each day, entirely up to you.
To help you really integrate these concepts I’ve created a guidebook for you with an exercise to practice after you’ve watched the videos. This guidebook is designed for you to practice as many times as you need to really understand the concepts.
